Moja was engaged by G11 Team to deliver the graphic design component for Kojonup Shire’s comprehensive strategic planning documents. This included the Strategic Community Plan and the Corporate Business Plan, both central to the Shire’s long-term placemaking and development strategy.

Challenge
Kojonup Shire required a professional, cohesive design system to communicate its vision for the future. The strategic documents needed to balance accessibility for the community with the authority and clarity expected in formal corporate plans. Additionally, the identity needed to reflect Kojonup’s role as the “cultural experience centre of the Great Southern.”

Solution
Moja designed a distinctive “K” brandmark and a suite of supporting graphic elements that reinforced the Shire’s cultural identity. These were applied consistently across both the Strategic Community Plan and the Corporate Business Plan, ensuring a unified and recognisable look. Key services included:

  • Graphic design of the Strategic Community Plan

  • Graphic design of the Corporate Business Plan

  • Creation of the “K” brandmark and visual identity system

  • Supporting graphical elements inspired by placemaking and culture

Outcome
The final documents presented Kojonup Shire’s strategic vision in a clear, accessible, and visually compelling way. The new identity provided a memorable mark that strengthened the Shire’s positioning as a cultural destination within the Great Southern region. The design elevated the professionalism of the plans, supporting both internal use and community engagement.
